Nation First Foundation is proudly celebrating its 10th Anniversary under the theme: “Unlocking the Potential of Young Minds: Building a Future Through Education and Innovation.” This milestone reflects a decade of impactful work across Nigeria, expanding access to education, strengthening healthcare awareness, empowering young people, alleviating poverty, and promoting cultural and community development.
As part of the anniversary activities, the Foundation will host a Football Match Competition among government secondary schools in Abuja. This special presentation, themed “10 Years of Service: Advancing Akada-na-Must Through Sports and Entertainment,” highlights the powerful role of sports and creative expression in driving behavioural change, enhancing learning, and inspiring young people to pursue excellence. Football, in particular, fosters discipline, teamwork, resilience, and unity, values essential for nation-building and youth development.
The event also reinforces the objectives of the Akada-na-Must / Back to School Initiative, which supports vulnerable and out-of-school children with educational materials, mentorship, and opportunities for reintegration into the classroom. By blending education, innovation, sports, and entertainment, the Nation First Foundation continues to champion a holistic approach to youth empowerment, ensuring that every child has the tools, support, and motivation to thrive.
